We have just had 10 days away in St Osyth, Near Clacton On Sea at our caravan. We were so lucky as the weather was very kind too us. My hubby even managed to get sun burnt on his face and neck whilst fishing. We had lots of long walks along the beach, mixed in with fishing and golf, several shopping trips along with a good dose of eating and drinking.....bloody perfect.
Last Tuesday we visited Colchester Zoo. Over the last few years the zoo has had a lot of investment and is looking really good now. Only thing is it's built on and around a hill and your legs really ache the next day.

The only downside with holiday's is the washing.....I have a mountain to do.....which means lots of ironing afterwards.
So, this morning I was all ready for my lie in....but it was not to be. My next door neighbours have decided to have a loft conversion and work started on it at 8am this morning.........being a terraced house you can imagine just how noisy it's been today Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Oh well, my iron is calling me, catch you all later.

ReplyDeleteThanks Cass, came home to find that some kind soul hacked into my email account and sent loads of emails to people in my address book over the last 10 days with a link to website selling Viagra....it sent at least 4 to my boss....not funny at all, hope he sees the funnyside of it. You guys look like you're having a fab Easter break. Sue x
